Village Defense — Terms of Service

By downloading or using Village Defense you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Licence

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, modifying, copying or creating derivative works from the game is prohibited.

2. Age

The game is not directed at users under 13. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian before making in-app purchases.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Usernames may not contain abusive language, hate speech, impersonation or content that infringes the rights of others. Such names may be changed or the account suspended without prior notice.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

4. Diamonds and in-game items

Diamonds and weapon upgrades are virtual items usable only inside the game:

• They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, transferred to another account or sold outside the game.
• Purchasing diamonds grants a limited right of use, not ownership.
• If you delete your account, remaining diamonds and upgrades are lost without refund.
• If rule violations are detected (cheating, automation, payment-dispute abuse), diamonds may be revoked and the account suspended.
• No claim arises over virtual items if the game is discontinued.

5. Purchases and refunds

Diamond packs are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed entirely by the relevant store; your payment details never reach us. Refund requests must be made to the store where the purchase occurred and are subject to Apple's or Google's policies. Diamonds from a refunded purchase may be removed from your account.

6. Advertising

An optional rewarded ad may be offered at the end of a run to earn extra diamonds. Watching it is entirely optional and never required to progress. Ad content is selected by Google AdMob and we are not responsible for it.

7. Prohibited conduct

The following may result in suspension or termination of your account: using cheats, bots or modified clients to manipulate the game, servers or leaderboard; abusing systems to obtain rewards or diamonds; overloading the service or attempting to bypass security measures; accessing another user's account without permission. In such cases your scores may be removed from the leaderboard and account content, including purchased items, may be revoked.

8. Availability

The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; service may pause for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. If the game is discontinued entirely, we will endeavour to give reasonable notice via the store listing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game. For direct damages, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on publication. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Bursa have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
